A friend of mine has dilemma with her new hair do.
She never tried before a bob cut do... like what Mrs. Cruise is wearing below... the new face of Kamiseta.

I'll give you of some tips to balance your hair and outfit.
1. Avoid V-neck cut shirt -- for me, it was too striking... seeing your hair cut plus your cleavage is way too porn for me! LOL
2. Try two toned top or do color blocking to add vibrant-ish with your look... Bob cut is edgy so tone down with bold and floral prints.
3. Avoid wearing flats... wear wedge or platform heels to add confidence!
